I am trying to get better about teaching the kids about their maternal heritage. I let it go by last year because I was too busy with a new baby but no excuses this year (even though it was on a freaking Tuesday!!). Also, Kyler had a soccer game, so part two (the feast of corned beef and cabbage) we would have to have the following day.
Kayson held on to this balloon the entire day. It was really cute seeing him walk around the house with it. He even held on to it in the car on our outings. I had to pry it from him to get him in and out of his car seat! I made my first soda bread. It was okay. I think I need a bigger pan though next time.
