Water Slide Fun!

Our neighbors rented a water slide and invited Kyler over to play. He must have gone down 300 times at least. Interestingly, only a couple months ago he wouldn't even go down the kiddie slides at Splashtown. I think he will be ready for next year though!

Kyler Starts Karate!

I signed Kyler up for Karate yesterday and he had his first class today. He was presented with a special certificate and his white belt. I didn't get a picture of him getting his white belt, so I will have to snap more photos later of him with his completed uniform. His instructor told me after class that she hadn't seen someone his age with his focus and ability in a "really long time" and that "he is a natural." I thought he did a pretty good job too for his first day. If anything, he will get use to saying "yes Ma'am and "yes Sir." The focus of the class is on discipline, attention, and respect, which Kyler desperately needs! He even got to use Jon Bongs (the long, stick like weapon) the first day.

Summer Birthdays 2011

My parents hosted a huge party at their house for all the summer birthdays. The Truglios, Hoods, Roths, and Ross families were all there. Thanks for celebrating with us and thanks mom & dad for hosting!Happy Birthday to you all! I posted more pictures on Facebook too although I realized I didn't take as many pictures that day as I thought I did.
